Report an issue
Something is broken, wrong, or inaccessible on this site, in a component, or in the guidance.
Request a component or change
A new component, variant or token, or a change to one that already exists.
Please do not put patient-identifiable information in the form. No names, NHS numbers or dates of birth, and redact any screenshot before you attach it. Responses land in a standard OneDrive, not a clinical record store. Describe the record as "a patient with two active alerts" rather than naming one.
Before you request a new component
- Check GDS and NHS England. We align with them before inventing something new.
- Run your product values through the token translator. Many needs that look new turn out to be tokens we already publish.
- Describe the user need and where it occurs, not just the control you have in mind. That is what lets the request be assessed against everything else in the queue.
